Panera Bread Greek Vinaigrette is superb. I could’ve just grabbed a straw and drank it out of the bottle. Even though I was ‘just’ having a small salad, this dressing made it special and then some. Not too vinegary, this dressing is nice and creamy with a slight hint of garlic and plenty of spices that make me think ‘Mediterranean’. I really hated the moment my salad was gone.

Mediterranean Flavors in every Bite

I’ve read where Panera Bread Greek Vinaigrette is often used as a marinade. I could see that it would be fantastic on chicken. A few hours in a ‘dressing bath’ then onto the grill, chicken breasts would be delicious. But, that’s not what I first thought of when I tasted it. I thought: submarine sandwich. Yep. That’s right. Vinegar and oil or even cream Italian dressings often end up on subs. This dressing would be phenomenal on a sandwich. That’s exactly where my next bottle is going.
