Instructions
Add the cabbage, onion, green onions, sweet pickle relish and carrot to a large bowl and mix well.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients and add to the cabbage mix. Stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Stir again before serving.
