  • In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, green bell pepper and the onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  • Pour the dressing over the slaw mix and stir to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Notes

Stir again before serving.
For a little spicy kick, add a little diced seeded jalapeno!
