I wanted a good, lighter side dish for my Asian-inspired dinner. Something easy but still delicious. Something that can sit proudly alongside my orange chicken without playing second fiddle. This easy Asian coleslaw was a real winner. Crunchy. Just the right amount of sesame oil. And tons of good fresh stuff.

Come On, Get Happy
You can serve this easy Asian coleslaw as soon as you add the dressing to it and give it a toss. It’s great right then and there. But it’s also great after sitting in the fridge overnight. I rather prefer it that way as the cabbage and onion soak up that delicious dressing.
I’ve made this coleslaw several times. The crunchy texture and wonderful dressing are a real winner. It’s not only great served as a side dish, but also on top of pulled pork sandwiches!
