I love Grandma’s creamy slaw. I really do. But sometimes, a lot of times, I want something with a bit more ‘stuff’. A little kick. Some heat. Well, here it is. This Sriracha coleslaw is not the usual creamy slaw. Oh, it might look a bit like it, but it doesn’t taste like it. At all. And even though this slaw does contain a bit of vinegar, it’s still a creamy slaw, like I like!

Get Your Heat On
Sriracha sauce is a wonderful thing. And although it is a little spicy, it’s not a burn-your-tongue crazy hot. I consider it a rather pleasant burn. The sauce adds a little something different. You can use a ‘regular’ hot sauce, but Sriracha always brings a little something you won’t find those other sauces. It’s what makes this Sriracha slaw so fantastic!
