It’s unlikely that anyone will ever read this. The recipe for copycat KFC coleslaw has been around for years. It’s all over the place. Good luck finding a food site that doesn’t have it in one form or another. So why would I go thru the time and trouble of posting it again? Because I love this slaw. Like big time. It’s my kind of coleslaw. Creamy. Sweet. Hints of that vinegar sourness. Just spot-on what I want as my side dish. Oh and easy? Sheesh, how could it get any easier?

Cool Dude
This copycat KFC coleslaw reminds me of the last time I had the real thing. It’s been a while, I admit. I stopped by a KFC after work and picked up a bucket of hot and spicy chicken and some slaw. I’m not going to tell you how big of a bucket. This was years ago when the hot and spicy chicken was darned hot. I needed something to cool me off. The slaw was perfect for that. The combination of the chicken and slaw was perfect.
This slaw was originally from Todd Wilbur, of Top Secret Restaurant Recipes fame. Go over to his site and check it out. And follow him on social media, too. Todd’s a good guy who’s devoted to his craft, coming up with great recipes like this one!
