To Roquefort Or Not To Roquefort
You may not be able to find Roquefort cheese where you are. Don’t let that stop you from making Roquefort salad dressing. You can use any blue cheese you want, really. Ok, so you won’t be able to call it Roquefort salad dressing any more. That’s not anything to lose sleep over. This is a great dressing no matter what. Yeah, it’s better with the real thing but it’s still fantastic with any blue cheese.

Roquefort Salad Dressing
Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 8 ounces Roquefort cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Place all in ingredients into a food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Transfer to a container, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
